This project was executed for a private client who acquired two adjacent condominium units, which Precision combined into a single, custom duplex penthouse-style residence. A full gut renovation was performed, allowing for complete reconfiguration of the layout and the creation of a cohesive, modern home that fully leverages its waterfront footprint.

Living spaces were thoughtfully organized to maximize openness, light, and uninterrupted river views, with primary areas oriented toward the skyline. Large window openings and private outdoor space place the Hudson at the center of the experience, blurring the line between interior and exterior.

Interiors were rebuilt with custom finishes throughout, including a bespoke kitchen, fully redesigned bathrooms, and clean, modern detailing selected to complement the surrounding water and natural light. Every element of the renovation was executed with a focus on precision, durability, and timeless modern design.
