Perched atop the cliffs of Gregory Avenue, this century-old two-family structure was reimagined into a boutique two-residence condominium, offering unobstructed eastern views of the Manhattan skyline.
Precision completed a full gut renovation down to the studs, incorporating extensive structural steel to reconfigure the building and create optimized, modern layouts. Oversized openings were strategically introduced along the east façade to fully capture the dramatic city backdrop, including a striking 16-foot accordion glass door that opens to a one-of-a-kind terrace suspended above the Hudson.
Each residence was finished to an exacting standard, featuring imported Italian kitchens with Miele appliances, custom trimless doors with concealed hinges, and a seamless trimless aesthetic throughout. Integrated LED baseboard lighting, wide-plank herringbone flooring, large-format Italian porcelain slabs, and select limewash wall finishes bring warmth, texture, and depth to the modern interior palette.
The project was completed with a full exterior façade transformation, delivering a refined architectural presence that elevates the building while respecting its historic cliffside setting.
