On the main level, we reframed the entire floor to improve layout flow and anchor the space with a fully custom-designed kitchen. For the upper two floors, we worked thoughtfully within the existing structural framework to reimagine the layout—creating a highly functional, contemporary living space that feels both efficient and elegant.
