Kingswood Road is a rare estate transformation set on one of the most prestigious streets in Hudson County. This property had not been renovated in over 75 years, requiring a complete reimagining from the ground up.

We reconfigured the home’s staircases to create a modern, functional flow, improving circulation and bringing a sense of cohesion to the layout. In the basement, we uncovered a hidden opportunity—removing the existing crawl space to reveal soaring 12-foot ceilings and unobstructed cliffside views, turning what was once an overlooked area into a standout feature of the home.

The interior was finished to a world-class standard, featuring custom Italian kitchens, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, and large-format porcelain slab bathrooms with precision laser-cut vanities. Integrated LED lighting, white oak engineered hardwood flooring, and sleek glass railings were used throughout to create a clean, elevated, and highly refined living environment.
